Position Summary: California Part-Time Associate or Licensed Clinician for In-Person Sessions
Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor,
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

This position is ideal for clinicians interested in trauma & private practice. We are seeking someone who can hold in-person sessions at our Burbank, CA location. This will be a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will begin working 1-2 days from our Burbank offices for in-person appointments.

Supervision for associates is online.

Compensation:
$40-44/hour for Associates

$52-$65/hour for Licensed Clinicians DOE
Admin rate is minimum wage per hr.

Hours: Minimum 15-20 clients per week. Caseload to be built over 3 months. This is a private pay practice & insurance practice for associates and licensed therapists. Should clinicians want to be private pay only, marketing efforts from clinician will be necessary.

Duties: Conduct intakes, write notes, create treatment plans, receive supervision, provide culturally-grounded mental health therapy in a clinical, group practice setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be local to Burbank, CA & willing to do in-person sessions;

  • Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work, or related;

  • License-eligible MSW Associate or Associate MFT and current, unrestricted registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences;

  • Minimum of 1,500 BBS hours (will consider less hours if EMDR trained);

  • Ability to use electronic/digital devices and applications for long, uninterrupted periods of time;

  • Bilingual/Biliterate in Spanish highly preferred;

  • Passion to decolonize therapy practices.
