Adults

During individual counseling sessions, we strive to offer a safe, caring and confidential space to explore feelings, beliefs and behaviors. We pay particular attention to your thoughts and feelings, discuss past experiences and/or help problem solve current situations. You and your therapist will identify what things you would like to change, improve your understanding of yourself and others, set personal goals and work toward bettering or accepting your life.

After the assessment, your therapist will offer you my recommendations on the treatment modality that can suit your clinical needs, and you will be able to choose the pace of treatment and the modality that matches you best.
