Ruth Castro, ACSW
Ruth (she/her/hers) is a bilingual first-generation Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Specializing in BIPOC young adults and first/second-generation individuals, she offers a safe space for exploring identity and inner work.

Lisette Medina, AMFT
Lisette (she/her/ella) is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, originally from Puerto Rico who moved to the U.S. as a young adult. She is an EMDR Therapist specializing in BIPOC mental health, specifically individuals struggling with issues with relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity issues, and career struggles.

Yanete Diaz, LCSW
Yanete (she/her/ella) is a first generation Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#111204) & daughter of Mexican immigrants.
Yanete is an EMDR Trauma Therapist specializing in women, teens and childhood trauma. Common experiences her clients share include parentification, identifying boundaries, communication skills, and stress management techniques due to family, school or work stress.
As a Latina, Yanete professionally understands the impact that lived experiences play in the therapy setting and embraces a strengths-focused approach to therapy.
Jennifer León Salinas, AMFT
Jennifer León Salinas (she/her/ella) is an undocumented first-generation immigrant from Michóacan, Mexico. She is a bilingual, trauma-focused EMDR Therapist under the supervision and mentorship of Adriana Alejandre. She specializes in working with BIPOC young adults (18+), college students, undocumented/immigrant individuals, and therapy first-timers. Jennifer encourages exploring trauma through a liberation-focused and social justice lens further welcoming ancestral wisdom, community resourcing, and intergenerational work within the therapeutic relationship.

Hilda (she/her) is a bilingual clinical assistant who is helping our practice stay organized by responding to referrals via email and by phone, and scheduling content.
Yaneth Bravo, Office Assistant
Yaneth Bravo is originally from Nayarit, Mexico, but she grew up in Sylmar, CA. She is currently attending Los Angeles Pierce College for her ASN, & working on transferring to CSUN for her BSN.
At the practice, she helps with billing and translating material.
